CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

4. Date Change Requests

Requests to change a scheduled tour date or time may be submitted to the Company.

Each request is reviewed individually based on operational availability, scheduling, and other relevant circumstances.

The Company is under no obligation to approve a requested change.

5. No-Show Policy

Participants who fail to arrive at the agreed meeting location and time without prior approval from the Company will be considered a no-show.

No refunds will be provided in the event of a no-show.

6. Tour Cancellation by the Company

The Company may postpone, reschedule, or cancel a tour where reasonably necessary, including but not limited to:

• Unsafe weather conditions;

• Safety concerns;

• Operational reasons;

• Circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control.

If the Company cancels a tour before it begins, the customer may choose one of the following options:

• A full refund of any amount paid to the Company; or

• Rescheduling the tour to another available date.

7. Refusal of Participation

The Company reserves the right to refuse participation or terminate a tour without refund if a participant:

• Fails to follow safety instructions;

• Behaves in an unsafe or dangerous manner;

• Is under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs;

• Presents a risk to themselves, other participants, staff, or property; or

• Fails to comply with reasonable instructions provided by Company staff.

These measures are intended to protect the safety of all participants and staff.

8. Liability Waiver

Participation in ATV and Buggy tours requires participants to review and sign the Company's Liability Waiver before the activity begins.

Nothing in this Cancellation & Refund Policy replaces or limits the obligations contained in the signed Liability Waiver.

9. Changes to This Policy

The Company may update this Cancellation & Refund Policy from time to time.

Any revised version will be published on this page with an updated Effective Date.
